CANCELLATION POLICY
- Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.

RETURN , REFUND & EXCHANGE
We take utmost care to ensure every item reaches you in perfect condition. Since each Drag The Deals is crafted with love, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged/defective product:
- Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at Support@dragthedeals.com or WhatsApp us at +91 73034 57408
- Keep the original tags intact and do not use or wash the item.
- Share an unboxing video clearly showing the issue within 24 hours of delivery. Videos must be unedited and authentic. Edited or suspicious videos will not be accepted.
- Once validated, we will offer a replacement, exchange for another product of the same value, or a refund within 7–10 working days of receiving the returned item.
Please note:
- Returns must be sent via a registered courier service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
- Shipping costs for returns (in case of accepted damaged/defective returns) are to be borne by the customer.
- Used or washed items are not eligible for return/refund/exchange.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Promotions & Sale Items
- Products purchased on discounted prices or during sale events are final sale—not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
- No additional coupons or promotions apply to discounted items.
- Discount validity is subject to stock availability and may change without notice.
